Moneybase has announced the launch of its newest prize under its rewards scheme. Moneybase cardholders can earn up to €500 in cashback rewards when spending at The Point Shopping Mall, Sliema, where the public is invited to visit the Moneybase stand to learn more about the rewards and services the local fintech platform offers.
Moneybase cardholders can participate in the October cashback incentive and earn tickets for every €10 spent when using their card for retail transactions at The Point and Forestals. Three winners will be selected in a draw, the results for which will be announced on the 31st October 2022. The first prize is a €500 cashback reward, while winners of the second and third prizes will be awarded €300 and €200 cashback rewards, respectively.
All retail card payments carried out at The Point outlets and Forestals until the 31st October 2022 are eligible and there is no limit to the number of entries. These include both in-store and online purchases using any Moneybase card. Cashback rewards are credited to the user’s Moneybase account.
Moneybase Mastercards can be collected from the Moneybase stand at The Point or ordered for free from the app, available for download on iOS and Android. Both physical and virtual Moneybase Mastercards come with security features such as viewing PIN, freezing and unfreezing cards, and switching on or off various transaction types, which can be controlled through the user's mobile phone.
Moneybase’s rewards scheme comprises of regular prize draws, with this year’s main prize being a trip for two to Dubai, as well as cashback incentives. Users who opt to receive their salary, stipend or pension on their Moneybase account are currently eligible for a €50 welcome bonus. The results of the September prize draw were announced last week, with Mr Michael Martin winning a PlayStation 5 from Forestals.
