QLZH Holding p.l.c. has announced the first issuance of €6,800,000 5.5% Secured Callable Bonds redeemable in 2030-2035, having a nominal value of €100 per bond issued and redeemable at par.
Business overview
The Issuer acts as a holding company whose principal objective is to acquire, lease, exchange, hire, develop, alter, or dispose of immovable property. Within the wider QLZH Group, activities are organised into two clearly defined business lines that contribute differently to overall performance.
Private brokerage
This division represents the lion’s share of the Group’s turnover. Operating through a dual-franchise and self-managed model, it delivers residential and commercial sales as well as lettings brokerage. Service is provided both by independent franchisees and by seven self-operated “home” branches run directly by Dowdall (ZH) and/or Dowdall Real Estate, ensuring broad coverage across the market.
Property management
Housed under the QuickLets brand and handled by QuickLets Property Management, this segment offers landlords an all-inclusive service encompassing lease administration, marketing of vacant units, the arranging and supervision of repairs and maintenance, sub-letting where appropriate, and direct engagement with tenants, including the resolution of any disputes or complaints.
Use of proceeds
Following the deduction of estimated Bond Issue expenses, the transaction is expected to yield net proceeds of approximately €6,537,500.
A) Up to €5,000,000 of this amount will be applied to secure ownership title or other real rights over the identified development sites and to fund the completion of the Group’s ongoing real-estate projects, ensuring these developments are brought to fruition as planned.
B) The remaining balance of up to €1,537,500 is earmarked for general corporate funding purposes, providing the Group with additional working capital and financial flexibility.
