How to receive your salary on Moneybase
In just a few simple steps, you can easily switch all or part of your salary to Moneybase.
Step 1:
Log into your Moneybase account, tap on ‘Add Funds’ and select ‘Salary, Stipend or Pension’
Step 2:
Select your preference and ‘Share’ the details containing your IBAN with your employer
Step 3:
Once you share the details, speak to us via live chat and we will credit your account with €100 upon receipt of your salary or pension
Switching your pension on Moneybase
To start receiving your pension on your Moneybase account, log into your social security account using your e-ID credentials, hover to ‘Online Services’ and click on ‘Banking Details’ from the dropdown, click on the ‘Change’ button and fill in your Moneybase account details, which you can get from your Moneybase dashboard.
If you prefer, you can also visit a social security branch, presenting a valid identification document and your printed Moneybase statement, which you can generate directly from the app.
