The Government of Malta is preparing to issue a new series of Malta Government Stocks, outlined as follows:
(a) 3.80% Malta Government Stock 2036 (III); and
(b) 4.10% Malta Government Stock 2041 (II).
The Accountant General is offering a total nominal value of €300,000,000 in any combination of the above Stocks subject to an over-allotment option of €200,000,000 should there be excess demand.
The pricing for each bond will be announced on Thursday, 16 April 2026, following the close of trading on the Malta Stock Exchange secondary market. Investors will be informed directly as soon as the pricing is released.
