The Government of Malta will be launching a new issue of Malta Government Stocks as detailed hereunder:
(a) 3.40% Malta Government Stock 2027 (VI) Fungibility Issue (F.I.);
(b) 3.50% Malta Government Stock 2034 (III);
The Accountant General is offering an aggregate nominal amount of Euro 270,000,000 in any combination of the above Stocks subject to an over-allotment option of Euro 130,000,000 in the event of over-subscription.

The price for each stock will be announced on Thursday 25th July 2024 after close of business of the secondary market of the Malta Stock Exchange. We will notify our investors directly once issued.
