Your Moneybase Mastercard now earns you cashback with every purchase. Cashback is credited directly to your account every Monday. This new feature is available to all Maltese residents holding a Moneybase Mastercard.
How does it work?
Every time you make a purchase with your Moneybase Mastercard, in-store or online, at home or abroad, a percentage of your spend is calculated; the total is credited to your account on the next Monday.
There is no minimum spend, no activation required, and no points to redeem. Cashback lands in your account automatically every Monday.
How much can you earn?
Every Moneybase cardholder earns a 0.75% cashback, up to €15 per month, with no conditions to meet. We are also offering a boosted rate of 1.25% and up to €25 per month for existing clients who hold a total balance of €5,000 or more.
Which purchases are eligible for cashback?
Cashback applies to everyday card purchases, including online, contactless, chip and PIN, and payments made locally or abroad. ATM withdrawals and money transfers do not earn cashback. Full details of eligible purchases can be found in the terms and conditions below.
Are there any fees involved?
No, there are no fees involved at any stage of the process.
How do I start earning?
If you are already on Moneybase, your card is enrolled automatically. When using the Moneybase Mastercard for daily spending, your first cashback will land in your account the following Monday and we will send an email to notify you.
