Multi-currency order settlement
CCTrader™ now enables you to settle trades in more currencies. The multi-currency facility enables clients to buy shares and ETF’s directly in JPY, HKD, CAD, AUD, CHF, SEK and DKK. This feature is especially useful when buying instruments that are denominated in these currencies in the respective markets.
Free Direct Transfer to your Bank account
We have launched a new bank transfer service that allows you to transfer money directly from your CCTrader™ account to your designated bank account free of charge. This new service makes it simpler and faster for you to manage your finances. To use this service simply go to the account section and from the withdrawal icon instruct the amount that you wish to transfer and choose the bank you wish to transfer the money to. The cut off time for a same day transfer is 10.45am. You will also be able to see the history of transfers made as well as the ability to convert currencies for withdrawal.
In addition, CCTrader™ has been enabled with a deposit notification functionality. Once you fund your CCTrader™ account through internet banking, you can notify us of the deposit to expedite the processing of funding on your CCTrader™ account.
