At Moneybase, we’re committed to simplifying the way you manage your finances. Today, we’re excited to announce the launch of Auto Top-Ups, a new feature that’s designed to make it easy to keep your Moneybase account funded.
How does it work?
The feature allows you to set a specific threshold, and automatically transfer a pre-set amount from any of your cards into your Moneybase account.
You can control the amount threshold, the top-up amount, and choose to link a debit/credit card to transact the auto top-up. Just like a manual top-up, there are no fees or limits on amounts.
Once Auto Top-Up is set up, users can benefit from the automation and can change the deposit amount, adjust the threshold, or modify the linked card from which the funds are drawn from. They can also delete the automation at any time.
Step 1
To get started with Auto Top-Up on Moneybase, first open the Moneybase app on your device. Once on the app, tap on “Add Funds” and select “Auto Top-Up”.
Step 2
Next, choose the card you want to use for Auto Top-Up. For security reasons, this feature will only be available 30 days after you complete a manual top-up with the card. After selecting your card, choose the currency you’d like for your Auto Top-Up transactions.
Step 3
Set the balance threshold that will trigger the automatic top-up and the amount of funds that will be added. You can choose from the pre-set options or tap “Other” to enter a custom amount. Once everything looks good, tap “Save” to confirm.
Step 4
If you need to edit or cancel your Auto Top-Up in the future, simply go back to “Add Funds” and select “Auto Top-Up” again. This will show you all your active Auto Top-Ups, as well as any expired ones. If an Auto Top-Up has an expired card, you may want to update it with a new credit or debit card.
Once your Auto Top-Up is setup, every time your balance falls below your chosen threshold, your Moneybase account will be funded automatically, ensuring you never miss a payment or trade.
